With today’s ceramic filling material, we can repair chips, close gaps and with our master like skill, give your teeth a perfect appearance. Let our team show how these easy cosmetic procedures work. Ceramic VeneersCeramic veneers are thin sheets of medical-grade ceramic. This thin shell can be adhered to your tooth’s front surface giving your tooth exactly the look you want. The magic is in both the product but also the customization. Each veneer is individually crafted for each person as everyone’s teeth are unique, as is the look you’re trying to achieve. Our patients love them because the improve the smile while looking natural. How Ceramic Veneers WorkDuring your initial appointment, we’ll discuss what result you want to achieve before examining your teeth to make sure that this is achievable. Veneers can be used to make your natural teeth appear more even, to add or take away length, or to close gaps. They can also cover chips and hide stains. After we have discussed the treatment you are seeking, we will then prepare the tooth by removing a tiny portion, about 1/2mm of your enamel. This removal is necessary to create room for the veneer. We will also shape the tooth for fit. We will then create a mold of your teeth to send to the dental lab whose job it is to construct your new veneers. You will be fitted with temporary veneers until the permanent ones are being fabricated. Once we have received your permanent veneers, we will then schedule an appointment with you to check the fit, make any alterations and then cement the veneers in place. Veneer CostDental veneers can give you the look of having had braces or dental crowns for less cost. The price can range depending on the work being done, but typically, they’ll cost between $925 and $2,500 per tooth. This may seem expensive but is less than more extensive options and they should last 10 – 15 years with proper care. Dental BondingDental bonding is a great technique that our patients are often surprised and excited to learn about. We can make simple repairs, and even close gaps, with ceramic filling material. Known as bonding, ceramic composite filler adheres to the tooth, meaning we can add it and then sculpt it to fit your needs. Composite filler is a blend of quartz material and resin, we are able to match it to the color of your teeth and mold it to the desired shape. You may have had teeth filled following the removal of decay which left a cavity. In the past, composite was represented as the inferior product to silver amalgam, but the material used today is stronger, more durable and often preferred for both its ability to adhere and tooth coloring. We can take that same material and use it to correct small problems in your teeth. With composite material, we are able to:
