Luze - Office Manager
I am Luze, originally from Colombia, but raised as a “Jersey girl.” I loved working as a dental assistant and have been in the field for three decades, and I am only thirty-five! (35 and change). My two beautiful children are now young adults, and I am immensely proud of them and their accomplishments. I have been working with Dr. Blake for 23 years and consider myself blessed as he has been a kind boss and friend.
Putting patients at ease and caring for their health has been my passion. I love helping our patients achieve their goals of oral health, improved function and making them look beautiful! Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love cooking, dancing, and watching “chick flicks.” The Notebook is my favorite movie!
Jimmy - Patient Coordinator
My name is Jimmy, I am originally from Venezuela. I immigrated to the United States of America in 1998. I lived in Miami, got married and moved to Fort Lauderdale, and now I live in Palm Beach County. So, I am a Southerner moving North! Now, I am a single dad taking care of my two beautiful children. They are growing so fast, soon they will be taking care of me! My background is in Computer Engineering, but I love working in the Health Care field. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my children. We like to go fishing, watch movies, and to go bowling.
Tara - Patient Coordinator
My name is Tara. I was born in Good Samaritan Hospital right here in West Palm Beach. After having different jobs in and out of the health care field, I decided to work with Dr. Blake’s office as a patient coordinator. I love administration and all that goes with it! My desire is to help Dr. Blake correctly coordinate the patient’s treatment. I am a kind, caring, and compassionate person. Outside of the office I love spending time with my young son and being involved with my church. Having friends over and laughing with my son, the dog and the cats makes me happy.
Kaylynn - Primary Dental Assistant
My name is Kaylynn, I am an original Florida Native, born in Miami and raised in Port St. Lucie. After High School I worked in retail. Looking to go into the medical field, I attended an extern program for a week and loved it! I attended Palm Beach State College’s Dental Assistant Program for twelve months and graduated with honors. After externing with Dr. Blake for three months he decided to hire me. It is my desire to be a kind, caring, and compassionate person in my life. I love trying to put the patient at ease during their dental visits. Outside the office I love spending time with my family and going to the beach.
Alyona - Dental Hygienist
My name is Alyona, I am your hygienist. I consider myself to be a dedicated dental professional with a passion for helping others achieve their best smiles. Growing up in a foreign country with limited dental resources, I recognized the importance of accessible dental care and was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my loving husband, two children, and our two beloved fur babies. I believe that family and community are the heart of a healthy life, and I am committed to making a positive impact in both.
