Dr. Roy C. Blake III, I was born in Maine, I grew up in New Jersey, a graduate from Ball State University in Muncie Indiana. I graduated from dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry then I graduated from a specialty program at Indiana School of Dentistry in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. As part of my specialty degree, I took additional courses and wrote a thesis, allowing me to obtain an advanced degree. I obtained an M.S.D. Degree, which is a Master of Science in Dentistry. My thesis won first prize in the Nationwide Research competition for all Prosthodontics programs in the U.S.
After graduating from school my wife and I moved to Florida. Started my career working in a group practice in West Palm Beach. After deciding that group practice was not a good fit, I became a solo Practitioner. It was the best decision of my career! I started my solo career in Jupiter twenty years ago.
As a Prosthodontist my passion is to meet patient’s expectations of Esthetics, Phonetics and Function. Being careful and meticulous with my patients has made me a better dentist. On a regular basis I lecture dentists at Palm Beach State College Continuing Education Program for Dentists. I have lectured to the Palm Beach Dental Association on a number of occasions and lectured at our Annual Florida Dental Congress. Attending study clubs and attending National Dental Conventions on Prosthetic and Implant dentistry has kept me current to new research and innovation in Dentistry. Complex and implant supported dentistry is my passion. One person can not easily achieve success. However, having a team of Professionals to assist me makes my job lots easier! (Front Desk, Chairside Assistant, a Dedicated Lab with a Talented Ceramicist, and an esteemed hygienist). I love success!
